General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and goalsbet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms govern all aspects of your relationship with goalsbet, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, participation in betting markets, casino game play, bonus and promotional offers, and all other services provided through the goalsbet website and related mobile-browser interfaces.

goalsbet operates as an online betting and casino platform serving players in Bangladesh. The platform offers sports betting with a primary focus on cricket — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — alongside a live casino lobby, slots, fishing games, and other entertainment products. All services on goalsbet are provided for real-money entertainment purposes and are intended solely for adult players aged 18 and above.

1.1 Definitions

• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a Player on the goalsbet platform, used to access all betting and gaming services.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and, where separately tracked, bonus funds held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits or free-play amounts credited to an Account subject to wagering requirements and other conditions specified in the applicable offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount that must be staked using Bonus Funds before those funds or associated winnings become eligible for cash withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity and address verification, as required before the processing of any withdrawal from the Platform.
• "Platform" refers collectively to the goalsbet website, all associated sub-pages, the mobile-browser interface, and all services accessible therein.

1.2 Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved through the goalsbet customer support process will be referred to binding arbitration. The arbitration will be conducted in English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

1.3 Amendments to These Terms

goalsbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Account Registration

To access real-money betting and gaming services on goalsbet, you must create a registered Account. Registration is free of charge and requires the submission of accurate personal information as detailed below. By completing the registration process and clicking the confirmation, you represent and warrant that all information provided is true, complete, and current.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. goalsbet strictly enforces the 18+ age requirement and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• You must provide a valid, functioning email address or mobile phone number that you own and control. This contact detail will be used for account verification, security alerts, and service communications.
• You must create a unique username and a strong password for your Account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Only one Account per individual is permitted. goalsbet employs technical and manual checks to detect duplicate accounts. Multiple accounts held by the same individual will be merged or closed, and any associated bonuses will be forfeited.
• You must not register on behalf of another person, or allow another person to use your Account for any purpose.

2.2 Account Verification (KYC)

goalsbet is required to verify the identity and address of all Players before processing withdrawal requests. This is a one-time process. To complete KYC verification, you will be asked to submit:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document — acceptable documents include a Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of current residential address — acceptable documents include a recent utility bill (dated within 90 days), bank statement, or official correspondence from a recognised institution.
• Where a mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is used for deposits or withdrawals, confirmation that the mobile wallet account is registered in your name.

KYC documents are reviewed within 24 hours of submission. goalsbet may request additional documentation if the initial submission is unclear or incomplete. Players who fail to complete KYC verification within 30 days of their first withdrawal request may have their withdrawal held pending resolution.

2.3 Account Security

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your goalsbet Account. You must notify us immediately at support@goalsbet if you believe your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party. goalsbet will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your login credentials.

Age Restriction

goalsbet employs multiple controls to prevent access by underage individuals. These controls include age declaration at registration, KYC identity verification before withdrawal processing, and ongoing monitoring of account usage patterns for indicators of underage play.

3.1 Age Verification Process

• All Players must confirm they are 18 or older during the registration process. This declaration is a condition of Account creation.
• goalsbet may request proof of age at any point — not only at the point of first withdrawal. Accounts where age cannot be verified to our satisfaction may be suspended pending resolution.
• If it is determined that a Player was under 18 at the time of registration, their Account will be closed immediately. Any deposited funds will be returned to the source payment method; any winnings accumulated will be forfeited.
• goalsbet supports parental control software and encourages parents and guardians to use appropriate internet filtering tools if minors have access to shared devices.

Deposits & Withdrawals

goalsbet supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods specifically selected for their availability and popularity among players in Bangladesh. All financial transactions on the Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳).

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

• bKash — Minimum deposit ৳100. Funds credit to your gaming wallet within seconds of confirming the transaction.
• Nagad — Minimum deposit ৳100. Instant crediting via secure API integration.
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile wallet. Standard processing times apply.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. goalsbet will not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
• goalsbet does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control.
• Deposits that cannot be verified as originating from a Player-owned account may be held for investigation and may be reversed to the source method.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has previously been used to deposit into your Account, or to a verified account in your name.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Players who have not submitted and passed KYC will have withdrawal requests held until verification is complete.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 24 hours of approval. Processing times may be longer during public holidays including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), and Independence Day (March 26).
• goalsbet reserves the right to carry out additional checks on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000 before processing. These checks are for security and fraud prevention purposes.
• Any balance associated with active or uncompleted Bonus Funds wagering requirements is not available for withdrawal until the wagering requirement has been met in full.

Bonuses & Promotions

goalsbet offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to registered Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, cashback promotions, free-spin credits, and seasonal campaigns tied to events such as BPL season, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonus offers are available to registered Players only. Players must opt in to a bonus offer (where an opt-in mechanism is provided) before making the qualifying deposit. Retroactive bonus claims are not accepted.
• Each bonus offer has a specified wagering requirement. The wagering requirement is the total amount that must be staked using the bonus funds before a withdrawal of the bonus or associated winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiple — for example, a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means ৳20,000 must be wagered before the funds become withdrawable.
• Not all games contribute equally to the wagering requirement. The specific game contribution percentages are stated in the individual offer terms. Live casino games and sports betting markets may have different contribution rates to slot games.
• Bonus funds expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the time limit stated in the offer. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings are forfeited without compensation.
• goalsbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Where an offer is withdrawn after a Player has already opted in and made a qualifying deposit, the Player will complete the offer under the original terms.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including, but not limited to, opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using bonus funds as part of a strategy designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or collusion between Players — may result in bonus forfeiture and account suspension.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

New Players who register on goalsbet and make a qualifying first deposit are eligible for a welcome bonus. The current welcome bonus offer, including the bonus amount, minimum deposit requirement, wagering requirement, and eligible games, is displayed on the goalsbet promotions page at the time of registration. goalsbet reserves the right to modify the welcome bonus offer at any time; changes will not affect Players who have already claimed the current offer.

Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting markets on goalsbet, including cricket, football, kabaddi, and all other sports covered by the sportsbook. Game-specific rules for casino products (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Andar Bahar, slots, fishing games) are governed by the rules displayed within the individual game interface.

6.1 Bet Placement

• Bets are only valid once confirmed by the goalsbet system and a bet reference number has been issued. Players should retain bet reference numbers for any disputes.
• Bets placed after the official start time of an event — for pre-match markets — will be voided unless they are specifically designated as live in-play markets.
• goalsbet reserves the right to limit bet sizes on any market, including imposing maximum single bet limits, maximum payout limits, or restricting certain markets to lower stakes at the Platform's discretion.
• In the event that a bet is placed at an incorrect price due to a manifest error (obvious pricing mistake), goalsbet reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the Player's Account.

6.2 Cricket Betting Specific Rules

• For match-winner markets, a match must reach a defined minimum number of overs (format-specific, as displayed in the market rules) for bets to stand. If a match is abandoned before this minimum, bets are voided and stakes returned.
• Live in-play cricket markets are updated ball by ball. goalsbet accepts no responsibility for bets placed based on information delays or live stream latency. The official match scores as recorded by the governing body are definitive.
• BPL and IPL markets close approximately 5 minutes before the scheduled toss. Players wishing to place pre-match bets should do so before this cut-off.

6.3 Payout Calculations

All odds on goalsbet are displayed in decimal format. The payout for a winning bet is calculated as: Stake × Decimal Odds = Total Payout (which includes the return of the original stake). Net winnings are Total Payout minus Stake. Payouts are credited to the Player's Account Balance promptly following official result confirmation by the relevant governing body.

User Obligations

By registering on goalsbet, you agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform, whether under your own name or a false identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other artificial means to access or use any part of the Platform or to place bets.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected technical error may be voided.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or use of inside information in sports betting markets.
• Sharing your Account login credentials with any third party or allowing any other individual to use your Account.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing goalsbet customer support staff or other users of the Platform.

Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by goalsbet

goalsbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months with a zero balance.
• Evidence that the Account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Compliance with any legal or regulatory requirement or court order.

8.2 Voluntary Closure by the Player

Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting the goalsbet support team at support@goalsbet. Before closure, any remaining verified Account Balance (excluding non-withdrawable Bonus Funds that have not met their wagering requirement) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion via the responsible gaming tools available in their Account settings. During self-exclusion, the Account remains open but all real-money betting and gaming access is suspended.
